Station 28

Station 28 isn't a finish line - it's a stop with character.

Located at the corners of 28th and Railroad Streets, Station 28 is rooted in the Strip District’s industrial past and built for people who keep Pittsburgh moving forward. Station 28 brings bold design, real value, and lived-in energy to 3 Crossings. This is a place for people who see life as a journey, not just an address — where motion meets meaning and your story has room to unfold.

Homes at Station 28 are designed with intention, not excess. Think spaces with attitude, not copy-and-paste interiors. Here, luxury isn’t about amenities you barely use — it’s about how a place feels when you arrive, exhale, and settle in. Smarter style. Sharper value. Built for real life.

Every residence features a private or Juliet balcony, grounding you in the neighborhood and the riverfront beyond. Shared spaces support the rhythms of daily life — places to work, recharge, gather, and unwind — with direct connections to the riverfront trail and Hopper Park extending the experience outdoors.

Station 28 is for the restless and the refined. For those who make the city move.
Not just where you live — where your story lives.

Your journey.
Arrive boldly.
You’re home.

Helm on the Allegheny

Helm on the Allegheny, located at 23rd and Railroad streets, offers a diverse range of living options within its 219-unit mixed-income residential community. From traditional apartment layouts to affordable housing choices and co-living neighborhoods, there's something for everyone.

In a commitment to inclusivity, Helm voluntarily designated 15 percent of its units at below market rates for qualifying applicants earning less than the county's average median income (AMI). This Reduced Rent Program extends support to residents at or below both 80% and 50% of the area median income. Rent rates are tailored to these income segments and unit types, inclusive of utility charges.

This progressive initiative was made possible through partnerships with socially conscious financial investors, showcasing Helm's dedication to creating a vibrant and accessible community for all.

Helm opened in the summer of 2021.
