The Hub
The HUB at 3 Crossings is a 590-space multi-modal facility designed for cars, bicycles, and kayaks. The HUB features a bicycle repair station and electric vehicle charging stations.
Retail spaces line the 26th and Railroad Street sides where two boutique fitness centers call home.

Monthly leases, kayak storage, and group parking validations are available by contacting the management office at 412.263.2180.
EV Charging is Available at for a Charged fee of $2.20 an hour.
Vehicles that remain parked in a charging space more than one hour after charging is complete will incur an overstay fee of $2.00 per hour, up to a maximum of $10.00.
The Hive
The Hive connects bustling Smallman Street to the 3 Crossings campus through a revitalized streetscape and ground level storefronts. The Hive is strategically located near the 31st Street Bridge providing quick access from Route 28, and Liberty and Penn Avenues.
