With one office project nearing completion and another soon to begin, Oxford Development Co. is now preparing to build a new 600-space, five-story parking garage for its next phase of 3 Crossings in the Strip District.
The company is on the agenda for the January 14 meeting of the Pittsburgh Planning Commission for a briefing on the new garage.
