We are excited to be able to get back to work at 3 Crossings, with site work restarted at 75 Hopper place, and The Stack’s first tenant, Smith + Nephew, has had their sign installed at the corner of Railroad and 28th St.
While they moved into The Stacks a few months ago, Smith + Nephew’s sign adds the finishing touch to their new state-of-the-art medical training and R&D center for their surgical robotic platforms. Taking up the majority of the first building finished at The Stacks, 22,700 sq.ft. remains available for retail opportunities.
